Nothing - we called and verified that our 18year olds could check in while on a road trip then when they arrived late at night they were told 21 and up leaving them no place to safely rest. Update your website and tell the people answering your phones what policies are!

No parking and the street parking was precarious. Originally the property told me I had two parking spaces. When I got there, the front desk told me there was no parking and acted like I was crazy for asking.

Paper walls, could hear every cough, sneeze, and word spoken next door. Very loud plumbing, when neighbor showered the sound was deafening. Woke all the kids up. Hot water tank too small. Must be shared with neighbors?? Never had hot water. Mouse droppings in every drawer. Blanket had a crust on it about 1ft x 1ft. Gross. Room was not secure. Simple handle lock with wide gap in door that let sunlight in. Credit card could unlock it easily. WiFi did not work because the signal was so low.
