Please see other reviews. Closet doors did not work , reported on arrival never adjusted. Coffee pot in room not working reported several times not fixed . Tub could have been cleaner. Elevator floor needed a good vacuum. Sand on floor x 2 days. Staff very good . Front desk housekeeper staff . However my issues not resolved.

Breakfast was very good. Plenty of food options. Room was clean & plenty of towels & toiletries available. Beach was a few steps outside past the pool & your on the beach. Perfect!

I loved the location and views! I also loved the lodge part of the facility! Very fun to hang out in, play cards and pool.

It is in the remodeling stage and has a long ways to go so don't expect much from the shared bathroom area. We had room one with its own bathroom that was good. Nothing fancy but adequate. The staff is fantastic and makes up for the in progress modifications.

The breakfast room was closed; I was told it was being remodeled. The pool below my room was also closed, but I had no plans to use it. The room had hardwood floors which I don't like to walk on late at night, but it was only for 3 nights and the room looked very nice.

The shower rod, curtain and tub had mold and rust all over it! The toilet was broke! They never cleaned the floors from someone spilling something on it and made it sticky all over the room. They left someone else’s dirty towels and rags in the room and the pillows smelled awful! There was so much more! I was just completely upset over the stay! Never again!

Not well maintained. Front entrance doors and ramps need repair. Carpets on stairs were absolutely disgusting; the manager should be ashamed. The pool, pool area, bathrooms are in poor shape. Looks like an unqualified handyman has been making repairs. The pool is advertised as being heated, but water was cooler than the ocean. The furnishings in the room were stark; only one desk chair to sit on. 24” TV is substandard.
