1. Adorable property, super comfortable and homey with well equipped amenities, furnitures, and all necessary equipments, kitchenware etc. 2. Host was super helpful to answer all the questions. Game room was awesome. 3. Close to downtown Groveland and one hour to Yosemite makes it a great midpoint. The Pine Mountain Lake area itself was very laidback and relaxing. 4. AC temperature was great and very quite. (high tech) 5. Spacious master bathroom and bedroom. Shower head was very strong and relaxing like a spa. 6. Pet friendly! Wild dears on site :) 7. Kitchen and living room area was modern, spacious and suits large group gathering. 8. Balcony facing a forest and was super relaxing. Overall, we were very happy with the stay and would highly recommended.

1. Under the sofa was not clean. There were some insects like mosquitoes due to mountain area which was expected but maybe some pest control would help. 2. Wish there was onsite breakfast/food within walking distance.

Immediately upon entering, the person on duty was very rude in letting me know that the hotel no longer offered the guest, microwaves, and refrigerators in their rooms and that there was no ice machine. His professionalism was extremely poor and he seemed irritated that I inquired why it was so warm in the lobby and upstairs areas, especially since it was inside of the building. The room had missing light bulbs, and the bed appeared to have been slept in by another guest. I DO NOT recommend anyone to stay here. The alarm clock was broken and my credit card was double charged and I was told to wait 5 days for a refund!

The shower was disgusting, mildew on tiles and corners. Could not sleep , thinking that I had to shower there in the morning. I have stayed here several times over 10 years, I have family that lives near by and the location is best for us. It use to be clean , reasonably priced . I don’t understand how they could let this place go like this. To this add the $50 valet fee, which I wouldn’t mimd paying! But the mildew is a deal breaker for me.
