Wifi, rooms, cleanliness, parking, location, beachfront all excellent. Close to restaurants. Inside pool. Well kept and well run. Jets constantly flying over, which was cool. Super cheap. They should charge more. Complimentary water bottles in hall fridge on each floor. They had a complimentary fan for those who are always hot!

I'll make a list..... driveway had a Large uneven crack on the side where guests were to park. No pathway to the entry way, The gate was broken to get through, Outside dining area was only about 4' x 4' (not very big ) metal chairs and metal/glass table in Florida in heat?!?! the screen for the sliding glass door was off the track and kept falling until i put it on the other side of the fence. Had to sweep the floor just about every time went in/out because of no area to wipe feet or a path so kept tracking sand in. The sofa bed needs to have at least 3 people pull it out and put it together in the morning. The basic utensils are a joke. It was advertised to have free toiletries/garbage bags.... that didn't happen we had to buy our own toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap. This place was a joke but i didn't have the money to go somewhere else. This place was more expensive than the place that was my first choice AND smaller. This place is not safe for elderly people or anyone with sight issues, and balance issues like my mom.
