I reserved a room with a view and I got the best view of both falls...loved it - my husband took a picture of me enjoying the view! The last morning we ordered room service...a first for us. It arrived a few minutes late and we had planned to just sit back and enjoy it but being late we couldn't do this. I just happened to see their note that if your stay isn't a 10 to text them. I texted them and in 2 minutes they replied and then called our room...really 2 minutes!! They apologized and only charged for 1 breakfast. They offered to get more food but we got enough food for 4 people not 2. We were so pleased with this. This trip was on my bucket list and everything was perfect..especially our stay at Sheraton.”
