I personally liked the whole experience of this motel chain; not just here but at any/all Motel 6 across America. Here is where Motel 6 separates itself from all other motels. They are people friendly, family oriented, and number 1 in customer satisfaction. My daughter and I stayed at your hotel and every morning we had coffee and pastries and they were excellent. We had dinner in the restaurant one night. The food was outstanding and the waiter was very friendly. We also liked the location of the hotel. It seem to be close enough to Broadway and everywhere else there seem to be entertainment and things going on.

What we did not like about the hotel was it was very dark. The lighting wasn’t very good and we had a hard time putting our make up on, couldn’t see very well in the closet, we just had a hard time seeing. We felt that if there would’ve been a few more lamps in the room, it would’ve helped out a lot. The big complaint I had was housekeeping. The first two days we were there, which was Thursday and Friday there was water left on the nightstand one for each of us. We drank a lot of water there and it was just nice to have two bottles that we were able to drink after being gone all day. Saturday night we came back from the concert and it was pretty late and there was no water left, housekeeping had forgotten to restock the toilet paper and we were almost out. The floor had not been vacuumed as there was still things left on the floor. They never took the bar glasses away. We had one champagne glass, one mixed drink glass and one wine glass that stayed there for three days. When I booked the room back in October, I was so excited my daughter could come with me and I wanted to book the hotel and get everything lined up. I paid for everything that night on the phone and never thought another thing about it. About three months ago my son and daughter-in-law wanted to go, and I called a couple of hotels, trying to get the best price. Prices were between two and $400 a night. My total bill was $2700. I feel that was excessive for the type of service we got and no other hotel charged that much per night. We are going to come back next year for CMA Fest, but I think I’ll have to look around for a little cheaper hotel.

About 1:30 am I was woken up by the sound of ppl yelling... then it sounded like they were fighting. Suddenly ppl banging on my door.... absolutely terrifying!!! I understand the staff have no control over guests, but at least try to enforce the rules you have posted at each elevator about quiet time! When i called the front desk, the guy told me... "yeah i know i can hear them too" i was not on the first floor!!! He stared he thinks they just came in hopefully they will settle down soon. Too late! These ppl already woke up my 3 yr old.

They charged me a deposit and refused to refund me the money for no reason. Told me to call the cops if I had a problem. I did just that and they quickly left the property. The cops said they could do nothing to make them return my money. I think they left because they didn't want to lie to the cop in front of me. They said I smoked in the room. I didn't. I don't smoke.
