  Lack of security. The side door didn't lock, anyone could open the door and walk right in, no key was necessary to open. It should require your key to enter. That side door that didn't lock has a sharp, jagged, metal edge at the end of the push bar

  Overpriced. We had to change room because someone next door was smoking, the hotel is supposed to be smoke free. The room we were transferred to smelled like food the moment we turned on the A/C. Not sure if it shares the vents from the restaurant.
