The location was very convenient for us. It was just myself and my teenage daughter. The check in staff was super friendly and very quick! I was glad to see it was indeed pet friendly, as the staff came around and loved on a guests pet during their check in, which absolutely made me feel good about the place. We were on the 2nd floor, end of the hall room. The stairwell was beside us which I found to be very nice for myself. The beds were very comfortable and clean, the shower made me so jealous lol as it was huge! The breakfast is legit worth it, the veggies omlettes were on point! I definitely will be staying at this place again. Also... the fire alarm went off when we were there, not sure if it was because we went out a door that we weren't supposed to? But we had been going in and out of the same door all weekend so not sure if we did... sorry if it was us! 😂

Legit the only issue we had was our window over looked the pool and kids can get rowdy sometimes. Wasn't the hotels fault really and that just me being a Karen I suppose lol but that's the only complaint we really had.

Clean comfortable room. Shower had good water pressure. Staff was nice to talk to and were able to accommodate our early arrival. Really appreciate being able to book a room for one night during summer season. Other hotels only offered a two-night minimum stay.

I liked this hotel because it was spacious, clean, and in a great location. It felt safe. The housekeepers did an amazing job making the room feel clean and welcoming. All my requests were met. We had fun swimming, enjoyed the free breakfast, and slept great.

I loved that my room was cleaned everyday. I have traveled a lot since Covid & this is the 1st hotel to clean daily without requesting. Also there are 2 restaurants (Waffle House & Cracker Barrel) within walking distance.

Parking is tight. Rented a large SUV due to family of 4 and large amount of luggage. Couldn’t fit into parking space assigned. Called management to advise of situation and never got a call back from the to address. Had to catch a maid during business hours because within the first day there was a notice on the car to have it towed. We worked it out but still could have been avoided had management listened to voicemail and called back.

The only thing staff I would suggest is travel team parents should be located near pool and outside patio. The girls hockey team was extremely loud late night and made it difficult to sleep. I know they're just having fun and unwinding from tournament competition. If we were placed at opposite end of hotel this weekend it would have been no issue.

There was no actual restaurant at the hotel so there was no breakfast or any other meals. I had to walk about a block to get something for breakfast at a bakery.
