  Given the area I was expecting so much more. The place smells like an ashtray and people hangout in front of the building at all times of the day . The rooms were filty and the bed was a roll in cot style bedding. I did not sleep but needed something for the night for my children. I rather I had slept in my car. Do not recommend.

  Room 1908: The sofa should be replaced immediately! Impossible to sit in. The most uncomfortable sofa I have sat on in many years, in fact, I never sat on a sofa that poor in my life. I am not exaggerating. I had to put one of the kid's blow-up rafts under the cushions so you could sit there without sinking. Still was very uncomfortable. We gave up sitting on the sofa completely and used our "what-a-chairs" we brought to use at the beach. That sofa is a deal breaker. Everything else was very nice.

  Comfortable beds. Access to the washer and dryer was very helpful. Quiet. Nice having separate bathrooms for each bedroom. Lots of space.

  We found it necessary to clean the counter tops and fridge surface. The stairs were no fun. There seemed to be an odor of natural gas upon arrival that dissipated over our 2 day stay.
