Our rooms had been pre-cooled so they were a relief from 110 degree heat. Enjoyed breakfast on the porch with view of mountains (and cool morning air). Beds very comfortable; no unusual noises. Bathroom corners were clean! Like the lights that were a warmer tone than the blue ones. Definitely appreciated being placed in rooms next to each other. Ice machine was still producing ice after the morning rush.

The night shift lady was very nice and helpful. Went out of the way to help with our cable box that messed up. Had it fixed in no time!

Should have been cleaner all around. Also would be nice to have a broom atleast in the rooms to be able to sweep up the sand. Most ppl I’m sure stay there because they are on vacation to go to the beach so it’s safe to say that sand on the floor of the rooms would be a issue. So having a broom in the rooms to sweep up the sand would be a really nice thing to have.

1) no comfortable chair to relax in. Only 2 straight backed chairs at the table. 2) no place to but my toiletries in the bathroom as there is no counter area. 3) nice modern looking fireplace but no way to turn it on. 4) bright all night lights outside my room and the curtains were not enough to block it out at night. 5) no elevator and my room was on the second level so I had to lug my stuff up the open stairwell. I also have balance issues so was very nervous coming down the stairs alone.

The breakfast was almost non existent they had muffins, bananas and raisin brand cereal. The place is also built like a tin can so you can hear people running down the hall and slamming doors all night long

Bathroom smelled like urine and there were stains on the floor in front of the toilet. Pillows were stained and very lumpy. Towels were old and fraying around the edges. We went down for breakfast at 7:30 and everything was gone, including coffee. Told the front desk but they didn't seem to care, did nothing.
