The location was exceptional for exploring Canyon de Chelly National Monument as it is located right before the entrance to the monument. It is the main reason we booked our room at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, helpful and professional. Our room had a nice view into a courtyard with grass, trees, and many beautiful chirping birds. Ample parking. The room had everything we needed, all amenities available; refrigerator, microwave, iron and ironing board, luggage racks, television, coffee maker, toiletries, blow dryer and laundry service. The lobby has additional complementary coffee and tea available. Water and assorted drinks for sale. The property has a very well stocked gift shop. The restaurant next door is a cafeteria-style restaurant where you can eat breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks at an additional charge. We would stay at this location again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to explore Canyon de Chelly area.

It was convenient and easy to find. Our villa was pool side and the kids liked that. The water parks was great, and offered lots of options for swimming or relaxing. There was so much for the kids to do. The villa was decently comfortable and had plenty of room. The staff was great and very informative.

The only thing we didn’t really like was the sprinklers spray right onto the walkway into the villa and the floor is slick when you walk inside. There was no rugs to wipe our feet or any way to try to dry them. We almost had some injuries on a few occasions. We had to remember to lay a towel inside the door so no one fell or slid.

Carmen was great with checkin. We flew in on the red eye and my kids were exhausted. Carmem was pleasant and very helpful with directions. Fortunately for us you all had a room ready when we arrived and we were able to take a nap. I really appreciate that and will continue to stay at your properties.

This was a very good location for canyon lands national park. Love having a parking spot right in front of a ground floor room. Lots of food close by and friendly fast check in.
