  The property is in a great location close to everything downtown. The property is clean and historic.

  The rooms (we had a king standard) were very blah. Small bathroom that only 1 person at a time could use. BIG ISSUE - the A/C in the room did not work. It got up to 80. Very uncomfortable. When I mentioned to the desk in the morning, the only response was “I will mention it to our manager. It’s an old property and we are transitioning the air to A/C now.

  The room was large but it was not worth the price.

  We ended up staying four nights in the microwave did not work until the last day we were there. They had someone coming to fix it, The next day after I Complained but it still did not work. I planned on heating up a lot of food in that microwave so that was a disappointment to say the least.

  We did not have any Hand Soap, Shower Gel or Kleenex. I called front desk to see if they would bring it to our room and she said I could come down and get it, because no one else was there to bring it to our room. Inconvenient, because I was going to shower and had to get redressed and go down. Housekeeping needs to check these things.

  Bed was bumpy and uncomfortable. Location away from dinning options. Was never given a pet basket with blanket or towels like I was told I’d get when I placed reservations. Not a lot of areas for dogs to poop. I could hear upstairs people walking, talking etc
