Location near relatives home, beds comfortable, property is clean, good parking, staff friendly, front desk service very good. Breakfast food choices good.

Hotel needs a remodel and repairs. Tub did not drain, room keys disabled multiple times, no ice machine on 2nd floor, coffee not ready at 6:30 am one morning, not all TV channels on the guide were available in our room.

There was no reception office to check in at the location, and there are no instructions on to check in at another Inn location 4mnts away from the lodge...the place commun areas are super dirty ...it seem like no body has cleaned in few years....the location is perfecte but the outside of the lodge looks like an abandoned building 😕 is very sad to see that a nice location is not been taking care of... also, there is a lot of noise... guests in the property are very laud as there is no one to manage the property....I may stay here again if they manage the property better and keep it clean.... we as your guests deserve better. Thanks .

It was very understaffed. There was guy working the front desk when I arrived, who was very helpful, but he was literally the only one there. First, I had a manager barge in my room at 3am doing a "room check", which tells me they don't keep accurate records of what rooms guests are in. Secondly, I left an important medication in the fridge during checkout. I called at least 10 times after checkout to beg them not to dispose of it....no answer. No response on the Booking app from the hotel either. Very disappointed.

They advertise rooms from years ago and it no longer looks this way. Was expecting what they had pictured but that was false! Our room was DISGUSTING. . The outside was also gross. There were so many issues I was told that they were going to close that room out so it could be fixed. No compensation was offered and that was very disappointing. No fridge, microwave, coffee maker or even a hair dryer. Absolute bare minimum. They don't even have the top blanket anymore. Just a fitted, flat and the paper thin fuzz blanket. The room was extremely small with the king size bed pushed up against the AC/heater which also did not work well at all. Leaking toilet so it constantly ran at random. Very worn down dingy furniture and the room had a funky smell. I wish I could upload more pictures to show just how nasty this room was... splatters on the walls that looked like vomit or who knows what. Super dirty floors, dirty dresser draws, hairs and dirt everywhere. . The list goes on. Total rip off this place is!

Queen bed was smaller than I’ve ever seen, sound leaked in from parking lot and hallway, shower diverter was nearly impossible to pull, and even the table on the deck only had one chair. The room seemed more for a single than for a couple with a “Queen “ bed.

The bedding was gross. It appeared used and was stained and dingy. One bed looked slept in when the covers were pulled back. Highly recommend they use something to whiten sheets. Was pretty gross. Breakfast was very limited but mostly edible.

Upon arrival the two in the front were very rude to me. First they didn’t even welcome me in and when my partner came in they both were smiling and only talking to him. When I said I had a reservation under my name I was ignored and he spoke up and said we have a reservation under this name. They looked into it and still didn’t acknowledge me. Once in our room I had to go to the store so when I was walking out I asked a question just to see if I would ignored again and I was. When I got back again no hello. This is the first time this has happened to me at this hotel. I always have great service but this time I didn’t and it really made me mad. I felt like the girls only wanted to talk to the men that came thru the doors.

They should clean our room. They never clean our room within 5 days of our stay. I request it but they never come and clean it.
