Positive section of review
Location for a visit to the Everglades National Park. The Inn is right on the 1A and close to a number of eateries. The room is a good size, clean and well appointed. There are outside covered eating ares with large family sized tables and BBQ stands. The pool is medium sized but a little grubby on the sides Breakfast was generous and the outside seating area is a delight.

We were unfortunate that when we were there the pool was occupied by a large family and friends group who were dominating pool usage and the pool surrounds. Pool rules on diving and drinking alcohol in glass containers were not observed.

Super easy to access the apartment, and parking was convenient once the alley was found. The apartment was very clean, and there were linens for the fold out sofa bed. The beds were very comfortable. The location was amazing. So easy to access the entirety of the city. There is a little coffee within walking distance and a cute diner just down the way for breakfast.

Slightly confusing parking directions, but it was worked out in the end. It is very small space and the tv was in the kitchen so a little less convenient for relaxing, but still very usable.

The breakfast was decent, but could have been better. Adding a waffle maker would be a huge plus. Also, have scrambled eggs every day and skip the omelettes.

The location is pretty good. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Price was also accommodating.

Checking in took about an hour. Was a long process. For check out, we had to stand in line with our dirty towels because it's policy to return your towel during checkout. There should be a different process for that. Maybe leave them in the room at check out, and if the towel count is wrong, then charge for them...
