  Wifi not good. Had to wait to get out to get of motel area for internet. Hot and cold water could not be regulated. Temperature would go from warm to scalding hot to freezing cold. Very uncomfortable during showers. This was our first time to visit Estes Park Rocky Mountains. Beautiful area.

  I decorated for the prom in my room and I forgot my poles for the balloons and when I went back to get it , the staff didn’t know where it was like one of the staff took my decorations I spend my hard earned money on! I had to buy more because my daughter had another prom that next Friday and my son had a birthday party on the 5

  We didn't like our room (4th floor) at check-in approx 3am , late flight arrival so we had no choice but to sleep there, guy said he couldn't do anything but we could speak with the manager lateron. We decided, however, to go and search for another place, but after speaking with the manager who was very nice she offered us another room on the 9th floor which was excellent. So we stayed our entire 8 nights there. Both my sister and I said we would definitely stay there again. Conplimentary breakfast - I didn't like the fact that there was no provision for non-dairy milk, oats or fruits. We (sister and i) had to buy our own cereals, bread, milk and fruits. my sister had eggs and toast one (1) morning, I had just toast and Jam. We got hot water though!! :) But as I said above we would stay there again.

  Not very clean. The door wouldn’t lock (safety lock) Looked like it had been kicked in at one time. Coffee pot didn’t work. Breakfast area was way in the back. Glad I was only there one night.
