All the staff members were very friendly. They took time to have conversations with my kids and really showed interest in our stay. The lady that checked us in went above and beyond by finding my name( which was incorrect via bookings.com) and making sure you got checked in. We were even able to check in early, which I appreciate with having very eager kids.

I liked the modern touches and the cleanliness. It wasn't fancy but it was nice. It felt comfortable. Next time I would book a unit with a patio. That was the only thing I'd change on my next stay. I like to sit outside with my coffee.

The location or proximity to downtown O.C. is good, lots of good places to eat without having to drive but most were chain restaurants. Lots of stores and some outlet stores right across the street.

The outside picture is misleading. It looks great in photos and boasts that it has been remodeled, however it hasnt. The parking lot smelled like weed, my floor smelled like weed and was literally right next to the elevator. The headboard was dusty as was the huge window overlooking the parking lot and the much nicer looking hotel next door. They do offer free breakfast but i didn't stay to try it. The location is great if you don't want to stay in ocean city.

Great location, quiet even though we were at the front of building off busy road, comfortable bed (a bit soft for me but husband liked it), very clean and well stocked.

Rom key didn't initially work, room door was hard to open from inside and out, once inside you're almost trapped. Weird black color on our ceiling (909), looked to be some previous liquid on the wall where trash can was. Sliding doors were, not hard to open, just need attention. It's 2024, drop ceilings are old school, needs more than a fresh coat of paint lollAll in all wed stay there again, hoping for room 929 next time!

Location was convenient. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom clean. Breakfast was excellent and was gluten free inclusive.

Carpet was filthy in the lobby and elevators. Chairs in the lobby were also dirty. Couch in room uncomfortable. Our room had an unpleasant locker room smell. Unsure if it was the A/C or the rug.

The room was very dirty and outdated. There were dead bugs on the floor. The beds were very uncomfortable. There was a wall outlet with no cover and food wrappers shoved in the sides. Everything was so bad. I didn't even want to try the breakfast because I just assumed the kitchen must be just as dirty. I was shocked this property was part of the Wyndham group of properties. I will not be staying here again.
