The pillows on the bed. They were terrible. Small and to soft. The sleep experience I had was not great because of them. Plus it was not explained that I would need to get a parking lot exit pass for everytime I leave the parking lot and that ended up costing me 18 dollars.

Weird, passive-aggressive behavior by the cleaning crew. First, my room was only cleaned 3 out of the 7 days of my stay. They would set the trash cans in the passage in front of my bathroom and only drape the plastic bags over the edge. I had to walk around them both to get in my room. It was like that the whole time I was there. What's up with that? What signal were they trying to send me? I have never seen this behavior from a cleaning crew before. I always made sure to roll up my towels and put them on the counter and never left a mess for them to clean up. Why did I have this battle with them? The first two times they did this (they only cleaned room 123 twice in the first five days) I put the bags in the trash cans and moved them out of my way. After the 3rd time, I gave up and decided I would just leave before the end of my 10 day scheduled stay. Maybe someone in management knows. I've never had this type of treatment before and honestly, it will keep me from staying in a Hampton Inn as a brand as long as I have a choice of somewhere else to stay. Sorry, but that was uncalled for. Whatever management issues exist between the property director and the hospitality (room cleaning service) crew cost you a customer who has no problem paying for exceptional customer service. Too bad I did not receive the value of customer service I expected based on my excellent experience at other properties in the area in the same price range.

Front desk staff was inattentive but helpful once we tracked her down in the gym area. Cold water faucet by the refrigerator was not working. Had trouble regulating the air conditioner. The light burned out over the sink/refrigerator area while we were there so we left a note when leaving.
