The hotel and room was very clean and beautyfully designed. The staff was friendly, they changed the far end room to be closer to the elevator for my 80 yrs young mom, thanks! and 1 person made it all stand out for me all along, who was Stacy at the breakfast. Every morning she carried the same smile, upbeat personality, encouragement, suggestions where to go and help with the breakfast choices throughout 4 mornings. She remembered us after the first morning, she is an exceptional gem in there for sure.

My bed was soft and mom's bed was better. The blankets were horrible for us but we found 1 other type of blanket what mom used, but i could not since was only 1 in there. The shower pressure was weak and sprinkled all over. The pool was definately not heated as advertised, but ok, I did not go in. It is a great stay but somehow just did not feel the warmth of it. It felt like a very cold place to stay and I do not mean it temp wise.

The condo was very clean and most importantly, QUIET. Everything worked. The beds were very comfortable. It felt safe in the area. I did have a little trouble with the entry code (user error) but the agent at the rental company helped me quickly figure out what I was doing wrong.

Only a mile from the city and across from the Elk Refuge. Beautiful scenery. It’s quiet and comfortable. Has sitting areas for each room.

We rented 2 rooms, one was nice but the other room was dirty, dead bugs all over the rooms. Had a food smell that didn’t go away. The view from the windows was grass and weeds other window was looking out to a junk yard. I would have loved one of the rooms over looking the pool area.

That there was people smoking weed and standing around the parking lot at all times of day and night. I also, didn’t like the fact that booking.com booked my room for one price but when I arrived they charged me $20.00 dollars more. When I asked them about it he lied and said it’s because of taxes. I called bs, and showed him the tax break down. Still charged me . I went through the stay but never again will I stay there. Then the bathroom was nasty and the towels were dingy, I ended up checking out 5 hours after I checked in. I went else where

They let people smoke right outside the door of their rooms. So made it hard on my asthma. They should have a place away from entrance to rooms so others don’t have to breathe in the smoke
