  The staff really went above and beyond to accommodate me. I had a photoshoot the next day and the amount of gear I had with me (on a dolly) wouldn't fit into the elevator. The staff VERY kindly offered to allow me to store it in the managers room until the morning...I don't know what I would've done so this was very helpful!!!

  *Upon arrival the door was locked and we could not enter with the provided door code. We had to contact guest contact and he was not very happy with us thinking we were doing something wrong. He had to drive 20mins to the location(he was not happy), then found out it was not our fault and the door was locked from the inside. *Walking in the house was 90 degrees and took 2hours to cool down. *Towel rack in the first bathroom to the right was broken upon arrival *In the first bedroom to the right the curtains do not cover the windows and with there being no blinds you can see right into the room from the front. The windows were open which would have been a safety issue for us had we not checked them. There was also gum left on the outlet -stained pillows left in the closet *The second bedroom to the right, the bed feels very unsteady *The room to the left as you walk in the bed was extremely unsteady and the base fell a total of 3 times during our stay. *various walls throughout the house were scuffed/dirty. The floors/mirrors had a residue on them from too much cleaner or using a dirty towel/mop. *upkeep of landscape was not very nice. There was also a broken patio chair in the back left in the yard when we arrived. -the landscaper also came to the house during our stay and asked us to pay him. We had to let him know we did not own the property and he left a note but was not happy not getting paid. These were all things we over looked to not inconvenience our stay and have to try finding somewhere else. But I would not recommend this property in the state its in or stay here again until things have been updated. We do not think it was worth the price listed. It is a very beautiful home and could be a very nice rental property but it definitely needs updated furnishing specifically the bedding as well as more detailed cleaning. Thank you.
