  The staff was really friendly and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was an easy ride to our venue. The breakfast was good. One of our guests was disabled so I asked to be closer to the elevators and they put us right by them!

  You can see that some things are very dated or need some updates. There was a lack of outlets which was a bit inconvenient when you are rooming with a group of people. Breakfast could be a bit better. It was a very basic hot breakfast.

  Like most Hilton properties, this was a super-organized, clean, and well-run hotel. The suite we booked was immaculate and had everything we needed. The staff was extremely friendly. We took advantage of the gym and the laundry facilities.

  It was expensive. We booked 30 miles outside of Boston to save a little money, but it was still expensive. Room service was overwhelmed and messed up our order, but we didn't return the food or complain. We were starving LOL.

  The pool was awesome! The entire property was beautiful l. We had a jetted bath in our room which was amazing. The whole place really was an oasis in the gross city!

  Everything was great, a suggestion though would be maybe battery operated candles next to the bath… and the waterfall in the pool wasn’t on in the morning when I went to the pool to take a swim before leaving 😢 it was the main reason I booked the room there and I didn’t get to enjoy it, maybe have the waterfall turned on during open pool hours?

  Bed was comfortable. Second room we were given was clean. Front desk employee was very accommodating getting us a clean room.

  Person whose name was on the registration had to check in and provide identification; spouse was not allowed to check in. Required $100 deposit for incidentals. No other hotel on our 12 day trip required a $100 deposit to be refunded in 5-10 business days. First room assigned was not clean and was a mess. Breakfast had powdered eggs; not a fan. Mattress and box springs were not encased to help prevent bedbugs. VERY small bathroom.
