Absolutely nothing. The staff was not accommodating at all. Kids running the halls all night and nothing done about it. Had two rooms for family to attend a wedding and the rooms were 400 a night. Unexceptionable!!

That the staff did nothing about the noise at midnight and on with kids running and jumping above 400 dollars a night per room and had two rooms and they refund 33 dollars. Do not stay there and find a different hotel. Is it not worth the money or the headache

The location was perfect with an amazing ocean view, which was a highlight of my trip. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment.

The blinds were broken, letting in a lot of light in the morning, which was disruptive. Additionally, the hotel did not accommodate our request for early check-in, even though it did not seem to be full the night we stayed. The staff did not go out of their way to provide exceptional customer service. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but it could have been better.

I am requesting that you take all of the holds off of my account and not charge me for the stay at Quality Inn on Friday under Michaelson, June 14, 2024. My family arrived at 7:30 for our reservation, it took Anita 15 minutes to find a room and we were told we were UPGRADED to a suit. There were not keys to get us in the room so she had to use some gadget to get us in the room. There was no mirror in the bathroom, not latch on the safety lock, no fire alarm, no blinds, stains on the sheets and food splattered all over the doors and walls and no trash cans. We left the room and came back around 10:00 where were given a key. I called down to the front desk to express my concerns about the blinds and the younger receptionist told me she was going to come up in 10-15 minutes to check it out. She never came. At 11:00 a gentleman walked into my room without knocking. He said he was the manager, which I later find out that he is just an employee. I have reached out to a lawyer on this situation. THERE IS NO REASON ANYONE SHOULD JUST WALK INTO A ROOM. No one in my room slept at all because of the this, and the fact there was no lock on the door to prevent it from happening again. I woke up, only to find 7 pending transactions on my account. There is a hold on my account for over $800. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. The notes in the system said we checked out. We never even brought that up, nor were we offered a new room. I will not even bring up the weed smell in the hallways of the hotel. I will also be reporting this incident to your head quarters and anywhere else that I can.
