  I did not know it would take between 1 and 2 hours "EVERYTIME" to go up and down the elevator. You do not have enough elevator capacity for the amount of guests that stay there. If it were a major emergency several people would be hurt or die there. We left for the event more than 1 hour early and still were late. The event is across the walkway from your building at the Mobile Convention Center. (It takes a few minutes to get there on foot, whenever you can make it down to the bottom floor using your elevators.) Also, you do not have a map of your hotel available for the guests. I stayed here thinking it would take less time but the timing was terrible due to the elevators and people capacity. I will risk the chance of staying further out so that I can arrive on time and stay safe.
