The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Nice and spacious rooms, and a wonderful location that was walking distance from Newbury street and the public garden. The staff was also very helpful, especially Namet.

Traveling north over the past few days had I called the Hilton Garden Inn in Wilkes-Barre and asked if they had any 1st floor ADA rooms and was told they did. I then went on the Booking.com website - who I book ALL my reservations with and it showed they had ADA rooms. I booked it but it NEVER gave me the option to ADD REQUESTS - as it always has with other bookings with Booking.com - as it did with my previous nights reservations at the Hampton Inn in Blacksburg VA. I then called the Garden Inn directly to confirm we'd be getting a 1st floor ADA room and was told they didn't have any. I discussed it with the front desk agent - who told me I'd have to deal with Booking.com. I then called Booking.com and related my problem with the Garden Inn and asked to have it cancelled. This was only about 15 minutes after I had made the booking. The agent but me on hold and said he'd call the hotel to ask them to cancel the reservation. After quite a while he came back and said he couldn't get through but would continue to get it rectified and they get back to me. I have NEVER received a callback from booking.comm to date! I asked if he'd try to make a reservation at another hotel in that area - with the same request of a 1st floor ADA room (for my wife's needs) but he was unable to do that. I then called another hotel fairly close by, directly where we were able to get a 1st floor ADA room. I have been a Booking.com customer for many years and have ALWAYS used Booking.com and have never had a problem like this. I have previously owned a Holiday Inn and Ramada Inn in Naples, FL for 15 years and always enjoyed having Booking.com as our PRIMARY internet booking supplier. I am totally taken aback - having never received a callback from Booking.com. Again - I had called Booking.com within 15 minutes of making the booking - when I realized of the problem that had occurred getting an ADA room for our needs.
