Customer treatment very bad , management at reception arrogant and not supportive and simply they don’t care as according to them ( we are busy hotel and we have 2000 rooms we don’t hear a lot of complaints so simply you can understand form The way this answer reflects ! , at first on arrival when we came no one to carry luggage or help and we are coming after a flight of 12 hours ! And a family , arrived at room nothing was done as my requests all ( feather pillows shower amenities and even we discovered later that water is not in room and we have to order daily !! This is a first ! Breakfast very poor very basic and no varieties bakery is low quality as I booked bb I was suspended that eggs even shodul be aside sperate bill and even cappuccino r Esspresso ! Staff at buffet not having curtesy at all eggs which are ready are cold ( I asked reception her answer simply that we in USA eat it cold if u do t eat it like that it’s your issue ! ?! and Muslims are not taken in consideration as no halal food at all ! Cleaning quality very bad if rooms and corridors too .i was requesting water as unusual and as daily ( we need to wait minimum 30 minutes to get ) and I was upset simply the reception hang up in my face ! I believe this is sure worth of all Marriot they only depend on the location of hotel but other areas all they missed and it’s worth ever hotel I have been at !

Needed towels cuz there were only four an I even told how many people were coming so went to ask front desk for more an didn't get any due to it being a privately owned room then it seemed like the unit was leaning a lil bit an why u charge me 225 cleaning fee when I had to do the cleaning myself that didn't make sense I did the wrk for whoever it was that got paid to do it
