This is simply an exceptional host-meets and greats at the post transports you to the suites and delivers you back in time for your ferry on departure and is on hand/call for any issue no matter how small or unusual. We had occasion to have to draw on Yiannis help - over and above the call of duty. We travelled as a recuperation for my husband but he had a relapse and Yiannis went way way out of his way to assist us, and moved us to another suite to better assist his handicap. Then further on our last day, in the middle of this 2024 early June exceptional heat surge in Greece that we could stay way past checkout time - despite a fully booked situation - in an air conditioned environment until the ferry was due was exceptional. My husband could simply not have managed waiting 5 hours elsewhere under these heat conditions. Forever grateful, Greek hospitality at its very best.”

  Convenience... from the airport to the hotel. The shuttle service was timely and courteous. We were driven safely to the hotel, and to the Denny's restaurant. All of the shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful. The staff at SureStay were punctual and courteous. When we requested additional services for the room; it was done quickly and with the most respect and care.

  Enjoyed the rural location. Walked next door to Jones Farm and ate a delicious lunch. Our room and bed were comfortable and spacious. Troy was very nice and attentive. We were traveling with our 10 lb dog -- he was welcomed and the grounds were perfect for him to stretch his legs. Breakfast was fresh and cooked to order. Enjoyed our stay.

  The hotel is clean, quiet, convenient and walking distance to the aquarium. Right around the corner the opposite direction were affordable restaurants all in walking distance.

  Just a precaution, This hotel was not accessibility friendly. There are only two handicap parking for the hotel and one is blocked with a storage shed. I had to park in the garage, no one at the front desk had mentioned that they was elevator so I had to walk upstairs, having balance issues this was a problem. Also, if you do not have a room on the first floor, there are no ramps or elevators that go up to the second and third floor again. This is just a precaution for those that we need this like myself. Even though I was on the second floor going up and down the steps was tough.

  Pool was ok. Breakfast was good.

  Looked like run down apartment, tiny bathroom, tile floor no carpet, floors were dirty. Crack at bottom of door, flies were able to come in. Didn't feel safe. Lobby bathroom had janitor bucket in it, not clean.

  The battery that allows you to use your room key on the door died. We had to sit in the hallway for an hour and a half while they tried to resolve the situation. Once the situation was finally resolved. After walking back and forth to the front desk three times and waiting for an hour and a half. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience.
