A must visit property! My family & I stayed 5 days and we are planning our next family vacation to return. I loved everything about this home from the modern decor, the location ,the gated community, the enclosed outdoor pool and a great host. Check in was smooth the host provides you with your code to get in ahead of your arrival date as well as instructions for checkout. If I needed anything, I received a fast response. This house has a lot of amenities such as the option of a heated pool, free WiFi, uno cards, Jenga, playing cards and located near grocery stores, food places and gas stations. Oh and if you love NINJA appliances like I do, they have the double air fryer, coffee maker and blender.

After leaving another property in the area that was not up to our expectation due to its condition and staff (Holiday Inn Express). We were with out prior reservation at Doubletree welcomed and pleasantly received. The hotel rooms were clean and bed very comfy. We enjoyed the fresh warm baked cookies and the morning breakfast was welcomed. Not a lot of options but nice enough get the day started. The hotel was in an area with lots of amenities. Would recommend and stay again.

Should have signs posted so that you know to request daily room cleaning service. But was rectified once we knew the protocol. We only wanted the towels changed out daily.

Amazing location!! Short walk to Metro; easier to walk to Pentagon vs Metro. Lots of restaurants nearby, to include Whole Foods. Very spacious apartment, with little niceties left (popcorn, sparkling water, one laundry load of soap).

Loved the view and private entrance to the beach! The staff was super friendly and happy! We loved the full kitchen bedroom suite! The bathroom, kitchen as well as the beds were clean. The room was a decent size as well.
