This is simply an exceptional host-meets and greats at the post transports you to the suites and delivers you back in time for your ferry on departure and is on hand/call for any issue no matter how small or unusual. We had occasion to have to draw on Yiannis help - over and above the call of duty. We travelled as a recuperation for my husband but he had a relapse and Yiannis went way way out of his way to assist us, and moved us to another suite to better assist his handicap. Then further on our last day, in the middle of this 2024 early June exceptional heat surge in Greece that we could stay way past checkout time - despite a fully booked situation - in an air conditioned environment until the ferry was due was exceptional. My husband could simply not have managed waiting 5 hours elsewhere under these heat conditions. Forever grateful, Greek hospitality at its very best.”

  The front desk person was nice. The location was okay. The reception area was nice. The bed was comfortable and there were no bed bugs. They switched rooms when I said the first one was smelly and dirty (I was traveling with a service dog and did not want them to think he left it in that condition). It is pet friendly, which is a plus for those traveling with pets.

  The first room I was in smelled badly and was dirty. The second one was okay, but run-down. The ceiling leaked in the hall - to be fair, there was a tornado that came through. They 'questioned' my service dog a little, which always irritates me, but I understand I guess. However, it is illegal to ask for documentation in the states.

  My water heater blew had to move my items myself had to get my keys in my hand talked to the manager seemed caring however receive bowling certificate however couldn’t use it bc the one working in the bowling area intentionally left when my group showed up when he did he said we could bowl room light blew out didn’t accommodate by discounting room , expressed my feelings about my stay as three rooms were booked just a horrific experience with no regards to how I felt how they should discount the room stays one room booked bathroom toilet didn’t work the response the these situations were a complete brush off . Not even a rectification of any of these inconveniences. Instead of bringing my room key I had to get from the inconvenience. It was a lot of things going on unaddressed as I’m very very disappointed dissatisfied and feel taking advantage of by this establishment. I understand things happen however compensation a complete resolution created something to assist with all my inconvenience especially when multiple rooms were booked, They need to connect with their customers maintenance excellent . I understand there are things you can’t help as things happen as a resort needs a lot of hospitality training. I felt slighted not being heard and brushed off. As a result at least discount my room , something other than bowling tickets for half my group that we couldn’t use . It is an experience that has created a situation of unhappiness due to the fact of the non chalant reaction to my plights issues with two of the rooms I booked. Manager was good when speaking to but I need more than bowling tickets offered the second time as I wasn’t able to attended the first time. So returning is not an option as they behavior to my issues with their room was a BLAH reaction
