The best was our host... Great information to local restaurants within reasonable walk. A couple of great pizza places as well as a nice ice cream parlor. Very nice neighborhood, quiet. Local bus (#62) every 30mins to Frankfurt terminal was especially nice. I chose not to include the breakfast, but it looked like a nice layout.”

  Beautiful quiet location, views of the marshlands. Can watch the birds and otters from living room and balcony. The apartment Dock Holiday is very well laid out, and enough furniture for a comfortable stay.

  Check in time is too late at 4 pm. Check out time too early at 10 am. Even though, over the phone, they told me that I could check in at 3 pm, and the cleaning crew had already cleaned the apartment, the entry code was not set when we reached the place at 3.30 pm.

  Night staff helped us to change rooms when we found the previous guests were smokers

  I was drawn to fact that property had been renovated. In short, I have never left a hotel immediately after checking in. Filthy conditions, questionable location. Blood stains on bed, stains plus glob of something on chair, cigarette ashes in the sink. We did not feel comfortable leaving our car in the lot. Left as soon as we could book another hotel.

  No fridge, TV reception was bad (would glitchout every 20 minutes or so while watching ). Didn't spend too much time in room fortunately. A littles worried about refillable bottles of product in shower (considering guests could mess with them). Second year in a row they "forgot " to call me when my room was ready - I arrive early for convention next door.(no need for early checkin since I'll be nexr door. They had rooms ready but would charge for early check in - I stated just call me whenever room is ready. I finally called at 330pm and they said oh it's ready.. must have been a glitch??(same as last yr same scenario)
