It was clean, easy to figure out. We came 900 miles away for a funeral and they graciously allowed us to do a late checkout because of our time restraint for the funeral and our checkout time not lining up well. Our room was wonderful, the room fit 6 people and 2 dogs wonderfully. Loved having the small kitchen to be able to cook instead of eating out and the full size fridge was great as a family.

I stayed previously and thought it wasn’t bad at that time. That was a few years ago. I’m not sure if management changed or what happened, but I’ll never stay here again. The breakfast attendant was nice enough.

Staff was nearly non existent. They screwed up the booking and we didn’t get the rooms we booked and paid for and didn’t get reimbursed or charged to the rooms we initially paid & booked. They wouldn’t help in fixing it at all and took no blame for it even after I showed them the confirmation and proof of what I paid and booked. Then rooms were not very clean at all and the cleaning products they used caused serious reactions for some in our party as the scent of the products were horrendous. We even overheard other guest complaining about the strong, disgusting scent of the cleaning products. There was also a horrible smell like burnt popcorn that remained for the majority of the time we stayed (4days). there is mold in our bathroom, paint peeling off of the walls and the ledges near the vanity holes in burns in the carpet and cracks in portions of the ceiling. The rooms smell odd and overall not a great or cleaned place. We found garbage and other items underneath the couches and, just didn’t look like care was put into the housekeeping. The breakfast was nothing special and the eggs were extremely undercooked every day we were there. Coffee machine was broken on one day and there wasn’t much choice for breakfast. The parking was absolutely insane and there wasn’t enough parking for the guests in the hotel one of the nights we were here. How can you run an establishment and not have enough spots for people to park when they pay for accommodations. Not one person in my party will be staying and booking with this establishment again as it was a truly haunting experience.

Pool was not clean and it was very inconvenient that the ice machine didn’t work in the building and had to walk to the next building. Elevators are very slow too.
