It's a good hotel but the facilities were really poor at the breakfast time there was no breakfast left at morning even at early breakfast time there was nothing left and it's really really cheap facilities over there. I would not like to recommend this hotel more than one day we will actually traveling and we just stayed for one day but we would not like to stay more than one day there

Very clean! The staff were amazing. There was not a microwave in the room and we needed to heat water for a bottle up for the baby. The staff were so accommodating and offered to help me heat up some water. I use this example because it is something they did that was over and above what I am sure their job duties call for. We will be looking for Tru hotels to stay in everywhere we go now!

Location worked well for us the rooms were clean and nice for the money.

Breakfast area and food offered was very-poorly maintained and stale. The general feel of the common areas were “run down” and need of freshening up. The pool area has been abandoned and looks it. Owners/ managers were difficult to understand as english is and second language and those of us with hearing difficulties had trouble communicating.

Place is run down. Mattresses had to be the most disgusting ones I've seen yet in a hotel. Floor was disgusting and the bathtub had major stains in it kinda like it was once a bloody crime scene and they couldn't get it all out. However the gentleman working the front desk had to be one of the nicest people we've dealt with. Keep up the good work buddy...

It smelled bad when you walked in didn’t use the pool because it had paint flakes floating in it and a lot of paint on the bottom of the pool and steps were missing and there was a lot of dirt in it the steps going up to the second floor looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. The room was clean and I even checked for bedbugs so there were no bedbugs so that’s a plus the shower in our room. you couldn’t get a full shower because when you pulled it up to do shower, you still got shower/bath

The rooms smelling like smoke, FD changed us rooms but they all smell bad. Asked for a refund but FD denied. My stay was for three days and couldn’t get not even one day refund. Service was horrible, rooms were nasty. Don’t stay here specially if you have kids.
