Nicely surprised by the birthday cupcake candle at the breakfast and flower decorated bed when returned to hotel in the evening. The staff found out my birthday during check in ( photocopy passport required at check in). They even kindly allowed us to borrow a couple of towels to go to waterfalls after check out while keeping our suitcases. It is much appreciated for our nice stay!!!”

  Every single detail! This was not just a hotel, it was an experience. When driving up to the location, you see so many other places around and I thought maybe it wouldn’t feel like I hoped from the pictures I saw. Once we walked in, and saw our room, all concerns went away. We had the time of our lives! I was only sad that we could only stay for one night. We enjoyed our dinner on the patio, drank margaritas, went swimming in the pool and lounged on the deck. Our room was bright, welcoming, and comfortable. The little provisions area downstairs had everything we needed. It was super family friendly. I even looked to see if there was some way for us to rejig our trip so we could stay one more night but we were on a road trip so couldn’t make it happen. This will now be my standard for how I want to feel when staying at a hotel!

  The Tern Inn Bed & Breakfast and Cottages is very unique and it very much different to everything where we stayed before. Not only the family owners are very friendly and kind ,it was very clean and wonderful decorated. The breakfast was delicious,freshly prepared served on porcelain plates with fresh fruits , great coffee and homemade food. We had the best rain shower and a good size bathroom. The king bed was comfortable and the mattress was great. There was also enough storage,fridge , coffee maker and microwave in the room.

  I had 2 rooms and one of my rooms didn’t have any air And my daughter whole sleepover party was uncomfortable and hot! We let the front desk know but they only brung two small fans that didn’t cool the room off at all!

  The guy at the desk the next morning gave us $20 off. Could have sure been more.

  Room was HOT and had to wait for a person to come and fix the air conditioning. Then someone came with a fan that I had to find an outlet and plug in. It was midnight with all this was happening. The girl that answered the phone told us there wasn't anything they could do. I told her that was not going to work for me. The guy that came up said we could change rooms. I said its midnight, we have to get up early, we are very tired now and my husband is blind. Too much stuff to move.
