The bartender, Dom, was great. The manager's reception every night made this place an 8. The location is close to the airport, and the shuttle was nice. The free breakfast was better than the last time we stayed.

The place is dated. Rooms are okay, ceilings are low, and the bathrooms are small. Our daughter hit her hand on the sprinkler head while getting ready. We stayed at 5 different hotels on our recent trip, and this was not the best one. It is unfortunate because we used to love going to Embassy Suites, but they just aren't what they used to be.

Very bad breakfast. No waffles, no working toaster, scrambled eggs were not hot. Breakfast should have been ready at 6 am, the lady started to prepare at 6 and it took her almost half an hour. She was very slow and inefficient. Some guests went away without breakfast.

Reading reviews of.others we thought this was a 3 star hotel which was well maintained and hence liked by so many others, contrary to what we though hotel is not well maintained: our room did not have a working freezer ( so you could get ice from an ice machine but it would melt.on couple.of hours), balcony door was not possible to open by one person , carpet was not vacuumed by housekeeping even once during our 6 night stay. Breakfast was included but lacked any variety and was nearly exactly the same every morning.

they don't have parking. instead of $143 we paid $288 on top of that they charge additional $50 for parking which they don't have parking. we paid for parking $36 at the entrance, how they charge me $50? 11 days later when I called for refund my $50. the ask for proof of payment for parking, what a hassle!! so ,I send $36 proof of payment for parking and they refund me $35..! what a joke !!!! beware of these people.....
