Breakfast was good. The lady who was working was very friendly, kept everything filled and clean. The coffee was a very good flavor, which isn’t always the case. Pretty good variety of food. The desk staff was very friendly and accommodating when asked for anything. They made sure our whole families rooms were close to each other upon check in. That was very much appreciated. Our rooms were clean, roomy, and comfortable.

My stay was amazing. The area was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. My room was so clean and comfortable. Also very quiet. All of the staff was kind and helpful. They all were so sweet to my 3 year old. One lady helped me with my bag of groceries that broke and a bistro worker offered to help me bring my luggage to my car. This will be the only hotel we stay at when we visit Chicago.

The only thing that I didn’t love was that you had to valet park your car and had to pay $40 a day for it. That was the only option. And I had to walk to my car every time because the valet attendant was busy so I paid for a service that I didn’t really use.

The hotel is at a good location. The decor is excellent. The room was spacious, minimal noise heard and beds comfortable. Parking was free and the location seemed safe. I did think the food service staff were friendly.

I think someone needs to look at the advertising about breakfast. I thought breakfast was included in the price. I heard invertedly from staff that was a common comment. Also, the weekend $21 dollar buffet breakfast is a joke. (Scrambled eggs mean a mix, not real eggs cooked.) The choices for $21 were scrambled eggs, link sausage or bacon, hash brown potatoes, French toast, and? some kind of macaroni salad that looked old. Bread choices included bagels without cream cheese. I frequent places with breakfast added in the price. I am used to extra items like cheese and salsa being available for scrambled eggs. I will say my over-easy eggs cooked on Friday were great. I just did not expect an add on price of #30.00 for 2 people. Again, the advertisement in Booking.com lead me to believe breakfast included. The offerings were lame for the price. Room service is available. No menus in room. (fixable). Sheets could be a better cotton grade.

It was run down and the floor was so dirty your feet would get black . Had not been mopped I. A long time. The tv with the beds would not work. The phone cord was broken had to hold it into the phone to call front desk. The parking was terrible they didn’t follow the parking rule. It was a terrible hotel and the staff was so rude we went home early!
