Santa Fe, New Mexico

The location was fabulous. Close to city center and airport, but with a very scenic and expansive view of the desert and mountains from the back deck. The house was large enough for our party of seven and the living spaces and bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We never felt crowded. The laundry facilities on site were helpful and the kitchen seemed well-appointed with several coffee machines, microwave, and large refrigerator. We didn't cook meals in the kitchen during our stay, but the dishware, cookware, and utensils were plentiful. The hot tub was an added bonus and we enjoyed it.

The house and exterior were very worn. Several doors lacked screens, the fence was broken, grass was overgrown in the driveway and around the front of the house, and the light switches were confusing. We never figured out how to turn on the sconces in one of the bedrooms until it dawned us on that a fuse might be blown. After that, the lights turned on again. Some exterior attention would have greatly helped the curb appeal of the house. Several members of our party felt the mattresses were too firm, but there were plenty of pillows and linens in each suite. A few more towels in each suite would have been helpful, particularly since there were no designated towels for the hot tub.

The Staff were VERY unprofessional me and my family stayed a few weeks had a lot of unnecessary situations with a front desk clerk who was very RUDE Unprofessional and Racist ROBERT was very inconsiderate of me an my disability He was rude to my father who is Disabled as well an Elderly..,.He would make comments to other guys about me an my family an they would tell us He basically runs the hotel the way he wants he lives on property along side another Employee who gave us the name "TATTOO" and that is absolutely NOT her name . Robert had the office smelling like Marijuana and would drive around the property in his vehicle when he was NOT on the clock trying to Intimidate other guests. The manager Anna acts like she is scared of them and DOESN'T do ANYTHING when they are wrong Tattoo who's name is Rebecca was nice at times but is just a unprofessional liar and I believe they are racist black people don't like staying there .
