The size and location are the assets, the first time staying here was better because at least the beach and pool were open, our recent visit the Island Waterpark, the pool and beach were closed. Timing matters.

I could tell in the one year since the first time we stayed here that there were no changes to the minor problems we encountered, and I could see the wear and tear. If it was my place I would check it frequently for at least wear and tear...wobbly tables, missing glasses and sticky doors.

I liked the fact that there are balconies with every room. I also like that there was a bar and the opportunity to purchase food and snacks. The staff was friendly and the place was secure.

I did not like the location of our room, it would have been nice to have a view of the golf course without the shrubs in our face from the patio. Didn't like being so far from the pool. I also think a better job could have been done keeping the people that weren't staying there out of the pool. There were so many people in the pool without wrist bands. I would have like being closer to the restaurants,

No housekeeping was told to bag my garbage and someone would pick it up later, for $300 night housekeeping should be there daily, cooking utensils bad, skillets old and scratched up, added one night stay and got charged another $500 which they argued and said i had not paid bill before adding another night although I had credit card charges that had already paid it in full - we paid $1600 for five nights for two people- dont do it!

Room was dirty,even the sheets. TV remote was full of food. The room had a very strong smell. In the website it says there’s a fitness center it’s a lie. The walls are extremely old and needs to be remodeled. I paid over 200 for 2 nights not worth it
