It arrived a few minutes late and we had planned to just sit back and enjoy it but being late we couldn't do this. I just happened to see their note that if your stay isn't a 10 to text them. I texted them and in 2 minutes they replied and then called our room...really 2 minutes!! They apologized and only charged for 1 breakfast. They offered to get more food but we got enough food for 4 people not 2. We were so pleased with this. This trip was on my bucket list and everything was perfect..especially our stay at Sheraton.”

  THE WORST IN ALL MY YEARS OF TRAVELING! Breakfast was a honeybun and watered down juice. The room was dirty and smelly. There were holes in the blankets and carpet. My wife was worried about bed bugs. There was no iron in the room, it was really bad. This establishment has to do better. In all honesty I believe the owner know customers book out of necessity and will not return, so they services are geared toward the locals whom do not demand certain amnesties and particular standards

  The owners could simply invest in bedding and that would make a huge difference. They also could invest in a toaster or 2, pancake oven, or partner with a local market. There’s no way around it, owner applying for funding for upgrades is a must. You have to it to understand my sentiments.

  Under construction and it was never mentioned at any time until we arrived to check in. We had to walk outside to access the hall to our room because of where the construction was set up. As we entered hall (from outside) to where our room was located they had a sign hanging saying “do not enter under construction!” Only to find the construction was set up right next to where our room was supposed to be. They only had a couple of pieces of plywood up blocking where they were working. I wish I took pictures. They had the ground completely dug up, with dirt everywhere, right on the other side of the wall of where the room they had assigned us to stay. We then had to go back to front desk and request to change our room. It was hard to comprehend that the hotel would even think it would be OK for guests to stay in that room let alone even stay in that hall (or what was left of it) When we requested to change our room they told us they only had a queen size bed rooms available instead of our originally booked room of a king size bed. This made things a little uncomfortable. Luckily our stay was only for one night. Unfortunately, the next morning, which was not the hotels fault, but it had two hockey teams staying there and we were never able to get in to the breakfast room before our departure. Thankfully, the coffee was set up outside the breakfast room, and we were able to at least get some coffee before leaving. Unfortunately, we were not happy with our stay.
