  Peaceful retreat, far enough away from everything to relax without having to deal with hundreds of other people yet close enough to drive to all the fun stuff. Everything you could need was there. We spent as much time in the backyard as we did the beach. I have recommended this place more to everyone I know. Host was as helpful and pleasant to deal with as one could hope for.

  Everything was extremely dirty. The neighbor was doing crack! People around the area were very low class. The room smelled poor cigarettes! I couldn’t sleep because there were someone knocking at my door. It was really scary to stay there.

  It was easy to get to. It was a last minute trip to look at colleges.

  The door entry code is hard to remember or share with family members. Only one person can open and lock the door. The one shower assembly was hard operate. The gate code was incorrect and we had to visit with the local office to get help. The code is chaned eacj week. Online assistance didn't have the correct information.
