Everything looks exactly like the pictures! Cute and charming. We really felt at home here. We stayed for a long weekend and it was the perfect place to stay to visit all the cities surrounding East Jordan with a short drive everywhere (Charlevoix, Boyne, Falls, Petoskey and Harbor Springs). The owners even had wood cut and in the fire pit for us :) which we used the second night for s’more’s. Would recommend this property to families and groups traveling

My husband and I return to Gatlinburg each year for our anniversary. We have never stayed in the heart of town but thought we would give it a shot. Location was great! Breakfast was good. Room was clean and pleasant. We would definitely stay again!

Unfortunately the couple directly next door came back to the room at 2:30 am and a domestic altercation followed. We initially woke to screaming in the room. We could hear every word through the walls. Eventually they ended up on the balcony where her personal items were thrown over the railing into the water. Luckily this only lasted a short time, but long enough that we were left wide awake. We were very close to contacting the front desk and police but just as we were about to do so, things settled down. The following morning my husband was sitting on the balcony while I was getting ready for the day and saw the couple, still arguing, in the water searching for items that by that time were long gone. This is not an issue the property could have anticipated or prevented. Just the risk you take when booking a stay at a location where neighbors are near by.

Staff was friendly throughout. Everyone was friendly and approachable. Every single staff member was kind and helpful.

The facility itself. Smells of mold right off the elevator throughout the 4th floor. Old furniture, paint chipped throughout. My no carpet on the halls, if it wasn't for the fact that I was traveling on short notice I would have definitely checked out immediately.

their was a smell and the property didn’t have proper breakfast they also weren’t at the desk when we needed towels we had to wait until the last day for extra towels and then they made us walk to the towel rack and grab them. They just didn’t help and seemed they didn’t care about their customers who were paying a lot of money, the air conditioning also didn’t work so it was beyond hot in the hotel room
