I hate to do this as I’ve never written a bad review for a hotel before. I understand that this hotel is under new management and I really hope that they are able to turn this place around and make a success of it, but they are going to have to do a lot of things in a very short time to make this a decent hotel to stay in. The only thing I liked about this hotel was the front desk staff - the young man who checked us in was very pleasant and friendly.

What I didn’t like about the property was first and foremost, the cleanliness. The towels in the bathroom were and smelled clean and freshly laundered. Unfortunately the bedding was not at all clean. It smelled as if it hadn’t been laundered recently, and the white bedspread had a lot of stains on it. The linens were so terrible smelling that I used the towels over the pillows and the sheets to sleep on. For $130. USD a night that is disgraceful. The walls badly need a coat of paint and the outdoor stairwells going up to the rooms are quite filthy and unclean, which really makes the hotel feel unsafe. If the new management can quickly paint the interiors of all the rooms, power wash and perhaps paint the stairwells and give the outside a coat of paint while they’re at it this could be turned around. Most importantly though, they really need to make sure that the sheets and pillow cases are freshly laundered between guests and that the bedspreads are replaced! If they can do these things this hotel might be worth the price.

AC/heater did not work, controls were worn out & could not change temperature. Bed was on a slant & it felt like you would roll out of bed on to the floor. No restaurant as indicated on website. Shower was very dangerous as no anti-slip material on tub surround. Accommodation way over priced for size of unit & condition. Hodge podge renovations.
