  Getting in and out was easy. I slept well on the beds. Utensil's and cooking supplies where present. Washer and dryer works. The TV had ROKU. Over all look was clean.

  My boys described the fragrance going in to be like visiting grandmas house. They liked it but it can be a little off putting. Soft spots in the floor next to the bed made me worry I may fall through the floor. DVD's provided but there wasn't a player for them. TV was maybe 28" so the kids laughed wondering when it is going to grow to be an adult TV. Sink is quite small for the size of cooking apparatus. Large burner is lopsided causing possible danger of slipping cookware.

  The view was wonderful. Ocean Front, ground level. Pool was refreshing.

  Carpet was filthy. We asked to have it vacuumed and then re- vacuumed the first day because my feet got so dirty, I had to use flip flops walk around the room. Then I asked every day to vacuum. Definitely needs updating bad. New carpet, holes in drapes, shower curtain has mold spot and flys were so bad, we had to but fly catchers. If you want to get your rates, you need to update. It's ashame, because it's a nice location.

  It is the worst experience my wife and I have had. We have never stayed in a hotel as mediocre as this one. Without any hygiene. Full of cockroaches everywhere, especially small ones, a disgusting experience and the smell of the room even worse. The sheets were not white as they were almost light brown with horrible stains. We came home sick from everything we breathed in that room. Why don't we suspend it? Because they would keep the cost of one night and the refund would take two to 5 days to return it. Breakfast? nothing good and the coffee is just water. I don't recommend it at all.
