I don't understand people complain about smell and cleanses, this place is price level of top around here. Most of similar price hotels around here all going downsides.……I found that, but here is still trying best to keep it up~~~to be honest, they doing all good, I didn't take shower at other hotels, because too old and stink……

We enjoyed our stay. There is plenty of room for the kids. Nice pool. Everything you need in the house. The owner was easy to reach and very helpful. Nice backyard for our dog. The beds were comfy.

I couldn’t get into my room after extending my stay through Booking.com. We went to the front desk and no one was there to assist us. We waiting for 15min, still no one. I called the desk and my boyfriend went looking for someone to help us. We had just worked over 12hr each that day and were very tired. My boyfriend found an employee mopping the stairs. He told my boyfriend he’d be there in 10min in a rude manner. This name was Randy and he was very rude. I explained to him that I had already paid for the stay through Booking.com. I don’t know if he wasn’t listening or didn’t mind charging me a second time for my stay. He lied to me and said he needed my card for “incidentals.” He never said that he was charging me again for the entire stay, as I had already paid close to $400 with booking.com. When I looked at my account, he put my card through for another almost $600, without my permission. It was supposed to be for security and “incidentals.” He knew exactly what he was doing. I will never stay at another extended stay hotel and I am making sure I tell all the nurses I know not to stay at this business as well.

The breakfast had omelettes, sausage and yummy cinammon rolls. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space in the room.

The thermostat was broken in the room, which meant I couldn't turn the AC down which left the room feeling stuffy. Also, when I changed the water in shower from cold to hot, the pressure and amount of water went down to a trickle.

Bathroom light is on a timer. Don’t take a long shower or you’ll be trying to climb out of the tub/shower while wet and in the dark. Definitely a lawsuit waiting to happen. Request for a ground floor room was met with 2nd floor room at opposite end from elevator. To top it off, the stairway exit at THAT end of the building is fire exit ONLY. Many thanks from this senior citizen.

Someone needs to do a deep cleaning . Patio furniture was filthy. Sweeping and a lawn blower are needed. The outdoor seating has so much potential but it is obviously not maintained
