  The pool area was much nicer than our previous visit. New seating and umbrellas were added. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. View was amazing! Location was great. We rented an umbrella and it was up and waiting for us in the day we reserved it at the location we requested. Over all we enjoyed our stay at this resort. We will return and refer our friends.

  The elevator was scary. It stalled a few times and we took stairs a number of times. Which was fine but when we went to the beach we had a pretty big load and was not very inconvenient. Trimming weeds around the property may limit dragon flies. Carpet in our room was super dirty. We wore shoes in the room. Otherwise the room was clean.

  Location was convenient. Hotel has potential but needs some TLC. Indoor pool was nice but very cold. Kids loved watching the fish in the little pond.

  Mold beneath bathroom sink and bubbling/peeling paint. Room smelled like cat urine. Elevator broke and we were on the 3rd floor with a toddler and handicap person. Got locked out of the building twice because key cards wouldn't work.

  It was a great layout for being with our family and everyone having their own bed! Having the pool and hot tub made it perfect!

  The games downstairs need some TLC as many things were broken or needed replacing. Hooks and towel rods need some tightening up everywhere!

  The room had roaches, the staff tried to say they had no rooms left but when I went to the front desk they found me a room instead of giving me a refund. Continental breakfast was only cereal muffins and waffles, that’s it. Banged on my door for room service before I checked out.

  Checked in at 3:30 pm received my keycard. The room that was assigned to me when I booked had someone in it already, so they gave me another room. Came back several hours later tried to open my room but there was someone else in there. Receptionist said my room was given away by mistake. Technically I lost my room twice, unbelievable. I’m very disappointed drove around for hours trying to look for a place with no luck. I will never book there again.
