The hotel was clean and quiet. The hotel staff we interacted with were all wonderful, particularly the young folks handling front desk, the breakfast room, and the "happy hour" station on Thursday. The location is great- we walked to the Tabernacle, a movie theatre, and the basketball stadium (and the planetarium was right there as well). There is off-street parking available and there are also train stops and lots of restaurants nearby.

Hotel staff were very attentive to our needs. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Even though our room was the closest room to the airport runway, we could barely hear the planes when the air conditioner was on. We were pleasantly surprised about that.

Parking lot lighting was a little lacking. Parking spaces were a little hard to get into.

Staff was so friendly and helpful! Hotel is older but the room was very nice and fancy! There was no pet fee at all which was a nice change while traveling with dogs. Room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

If you have a dog the only pet relief area is a 2 block walk through the city. (All and all not too bad but it would be nice to have a place at the hotel itself)

Our rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The shower drain was slow and the sliding bath door was tempermental both of which we reported. Great location. Close to some great restaurants.

Enjoyed the historic building that was being renovated in a hip, tasteful way. Room was great.

The staff could have done a better job making breakfast options available. There were just a few pastries in a case for breakfast, by the time we arrived, they were all gone. No other food options were available. We had to walk around the block to a breakfast place to eat. Even a cup of coffee required a waist. Need to be forward thinking about how many guests will be staying, and have more food (even muffins/breads, etc.) available.
