It was cleaned every day by the staff. It had everything we needed to make our little meals. The place is located between Naousa and Parikia and we really liked the fact that we were away from all the noise and people. To get to places, you need a car. We visited in mid June 2024.”

  This was worst hotel stay ever, I immediately left after 30 minutes. The room itself was not what we expected. The room had no remote control. There were dead bugs and live roaches on the walls and in the bathroom behind the door and in the tub this place should be condemned and shut down literally. We left and went to go stay at the Hampton inn down the street. Couldn’t get a refund back but at the very moment I just wanted to leave the place and find comfort where else

  I didn’t like nothing about our room, we asked for a non smoking room but instead it still smelled as if people were smoking in there room and room next door were very loud and playing loud music this place looked like a ran down rooming house for people off the streets.

  Beautiful view. Clean. Inexpensive. Powerful little microwave oven in room. Facility appeared well maintained on exterior except for one door to atrium which allowed anyone without key card to access.

  All concrete surroundings. Broken down picnic table in backyard. Little landscaping on property. Mattress too mushy. No table in room for luggage. No chairs. One ice machine for 4 floors. No elevator. Room opened into large atrium with noisy pool. Atrium overly heated by exhaust from A/C’s of each room. Breakfast choices minimal. No way to control shower water temp - extremely hot only.

  The hotel was clean and quiet. It also was like 10 minutes away from all the places we went to. The staff was so nice and if I ever go back to Florida I would stay there again.

  I can't find anything to really complain about. Nothing major at all we just ran out of toilet paper and had to look out our room door to fi d a housekeeper but nothing to complain about at all

  Staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were all comfortable. Everything in the kitchen worked very well -frig, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.

  Not clean , False advertising , NO PING PONG OR FOOSBALL TABLE OR DVD PLAYER. TVS DONT WORK AT ALL OR WIFI!!!! No cleaning supplies , dirty place overall. Not worth all the money we paid. whenever I brought up an issue nothing was done or no compensation was given. $400 on cleaning fees for what? and another $200 extra for what???? I wish I could add more pictures , under the bed was so nasty , toilets had pee stains , refrigerator had mold , we got samples for shampoo , dish soap , hand soap , toilet paper!!!! OMG!!! Good thing we had some with us , everything was so limited and in small portions!!!!! TO MUCH MONEY FOR SO LITTLE. This is our 5th year going to Duck creek and this is by far THE MOST EXPENSIVE , WORST and NASTIES PLACE we have been to. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SPECIALLY WITH A BABY. CAT AND DOG HAIR EVERYWHERE, ROACHES IN THE THIRD FLOOR AND THE CARPET SMELLS LIKE DOG PISS !!!

  Air conditioning unit restrictions only allows for setting temperature to 70 degrees and above. You could feel the springs in the old mattresses. Not very comfortable. Only 1 ice machine for 3 floors.
