  I bought 2 rooms 1 for my daughter and her friends and 1 for my husband and I. We loved everything about it. Especially the staff because they are so sweet and caring. They made sure we felt at home. I absolutely loved the hit tub in my room. I stay here semi frequently just a little get away from home with the hubby and this is where we usually go.

  The location was not too far a drive from CSUN campus and the property wasn’t crowded when we were there. There were convenient places to eat, get coffee, and buy snacks all within close proximity. Staff was friendly and the maintenance man was helpful in helping us to retrieve our snack stuck in the vending machine.

  The parking lot looks sketchy and a homeless camp was set up right around the corner. When we arrived there was a person parked in the back part of the lot and it looked like they were living in their car. Worst part was a cockroach that I spotted early in the morning while getting ready for my graduation. It was crawling right past my foot. When I showed the hotel manager the video he offered to move us to the upper floor. He apologized and gave us 2000 Hilton points which is 12 bucks credit on the members rewards. Wow ok. We didn’t see anymore roaches but we were cautious to shake out everything. The grounds look plain and rundown and the rooms and inside are plain. The vending machine area looked rundown straight out of the 80s. I would never stay there again. I expected more from a Hilton establishment.

  Pool was lovely and entertaining for kids, restaurant food was good. Free public trolley service directly to the door was very convenient, also within a mile from the main strip. Wonderful view at the edge of the Smokies with no nearby developments.

  Despite being pet-friendly, dogs were only allowed within a small outdoor area. My 75 lb German Shepherd easily escaped the room requiring day boarding services. Staff were totally unprepared and unhelpful with this. No EV chargers on site and staff were unaware of the closest location. No balcony furniture. Terrible kudzu overgrowth all over the property should be addressed (invest in some goats!)

  Ice & vending machines not working properly. Only one way road into property - no way to go from parking lot to the close-by convenience store or restaurants without getting back on highway to loop around back to one-way frontage road. Also the wifi was spotty & couldn’t get good cell coverage in the area.
