It arrived a few minutes late and we had planned to just sit back and enjoy it but being late we couldn't do this. I just happened to see their note that if your stay isn't a 10 to text them. I texted them and in 2 minutes they replied and then called our room...really 2 minutes!! They apologized and only charged for 1 breakfast. They offered to get more food but we got enough food for 4 people not 2. We were so pleased with this. This trip was on my bucket list and everything was perfect..especially our stay at Sheraton.”

  The location was fabulous. Close to city center and airport, but with a very scenic and expansive view of the desert and mountains from the back deck. The house was large enough for our party of seven and the living spaces and bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We never felt crowded. The laundry facilities on site were helpful and the kitchen seemed well-appointed with several coffee machines, microwave, and large refrigerator. We didn't cook meals in the kitchen during our stay, but the dishware, cookware, and utensils were plentiful. The hot tub was an added bonus and we enjoyed it.

  The house and exterior were very worn. Several doors lacked screens, the fence was broken, grass was overgrown in the driveway and around the front of the house, and the light switches were confusing. We never figured out how to turn on the sconces in one of the bedrooms until it dawned us on that a fuse might be blown. After that, the lights turned on again. Some exterior attention would have greatly helped the curb appeal of the house. Several members of our party felt the mattresses were too firm, but there were plenty of pillows and linens in each suite. A few more towels in each suite would have been helpful, particularly since there were no designated towels for the hot tub.

  The air-conditioning was to loud, 2 seprate faucet in the ssame sink meaning that you cant get hot and cold water in the same time, you really cant have much of sleep with that noise, since its 85 at least in that room it wasnt cold enough that wall mounted ac. Last but not least no one was there in the reception had to go through a long process probably illegal . The person behind this asked me to send my credit card and my id photos for verification via phone which made me feel unsafe , that being said stood in the middle of the night with my reservation already paid in the street wating for someone tonopen the doors. The door handsl were to close to the fram that it did hurt my thumb.

  Location as we were only one night and close to highway. Trust Hampton for clean & safe stay.

  It’s not that I didn’t like … more to do with what was missing. King suite has a full fridge & kitchen but other than dish soap and sponge there were no other items that a kitchen would require for example cutlery, plates, tea towel and glasses.
