  The customer service was awesome! Attentive, but not too much. Even reached out a few times throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and were happy. The breakfast was great, the location was perfect! A few minute walk to the beach. The room was gigantic. And it was very clean. We agreed that we’d love to stay here again.

  TV didn't work, phone didn't work, had to turn off HVAC as it was so loud I couldn't sleep. Water in shower was freezing. I stayed in this hotel previously and it was a good value for what you received. Now the price per night has increased by $100 to over $300, and the services and amenities have really decreased. Not a good choice.

  No hair dryer like described and the staff was asked questions and all had a different answer. Not very knowledgeable. The room had plumbing issues the whole time with black stuff comming up in sink and camode runoing over and even running and would not stop. Ossue was never taken care of the whole 3 days we were there. Was still comming up in sink and camode when we left. No refund of any kind was offered to them. I was the one that booked for them and now i look bad for getting them to use this hotel and theycwere stuck not even being able to shower.
