Nicely surprised by the birthday cupcake candle at the breakfast and flower decorated bed when returned to hotel in the evening. The staff found out my birthday during check in ( photocopy passport required at check in). They even kindly allowed us to borrow a couple of towels to go to waterfalls after check out while keeping our suitcases. It is much appreciated for our nice stay!!!”

  You can not beat the quality for the price!!! While we only stayed for the night, the hotel was extremely clean, the staff were exceptionally wonderful and took care of our family with A+ service. We had our one year old with us and we were traveling to NJ so this was a mid stop for us. We wanted to do dinner but not out and they were kind enough to let us use the dining room to heat up food and sit down and eat. They also provided mini fridges with freezers and microwaves in our room which we didn’t expect and helped us to also save $. We will definitely be back.

  The one thing I didn’t like was the elevator. It moves very slowly and creeks a lot so I always worried about getting stuck in it.

  Big pool and hot tub, we had it all to ourselves, ample parking and good location

  The hotel was nice and so were the staff . They also have a lovely spa.

  The hotel had a bad smell, everything was overpriced (room $900, 2 drinks at the bar was $75, parking $58/night and the spa was $380 for a 50min massage) and our room was extremely small . The bed was too close to the table . I injured my shin on the bed due to little space between the bed and the table . There were cobwebs all over the balcony and there were dirty wash clothes and towels in our room that we never used. Last but not least, the rooftop only look good at night. Very small compared to photos and not the cleanest.

  Looked nice and it was close to the arch and casino.

  The beggars out coming up to the car terrible We were locked out of the casino side our keys were not working along with two other quests. We had to walk outside at 11:30’pm it was unsafe !!! I was very nervous . Our keys bummed out on us 4 times. Not good and others we spoke to !!! One lady on the staff was super rude , she seemed bothered with us over The key issue !!i mean really
