The pool was clean!! This is a place more for “NEED” to stay and rest. More for a quick stop. The room is extremely small and water pressure to shower is horrible. No soaps or shampoos provided. Good bargain for a quick snooze.

Toilet paper holder broken. Floor felt as if not been swept. Toilet seat broken. Also I do not like the fact they tried to charge my cars before I even arrived when the reservation says to say at check in.

Location was good for us, within walking distance of theatre. Dinner in hotel restaurant was very good as was service in the lounge.

Clerk who checked us in acted as if we were a nuisance. False fire alarm woke us early and there was no communication at all from staff. We rented the largest room, but it was cramped and uncomfortable. Called both numbers given for room service and got a full mailbox. Never could get an order in.

The facilities are nice and the room we ended up with was excellent. Also allowed us to check in two hours early.

The initial room we were sent to was tiny with a small bed and not enough room for our bags and still allow us to move around. After some vigorous discussion with the person at the desk we were given a room with a queen-sized bed though lacking in soap in the shower and coffee for the coffee maker.

I was put in a room that was located directly behind the office. The room had a water damaged floor as soon as you stepped in and it was filthy. I stayed at this location before(a different room) and it was in much better condition and seemed like the people who ran it actually cared. Not sure if management or ownership has changed but I will no longer consider Captains Quarters for any future stays in P.O.C. In my opinion it was a complete embarrassment that this room was even available to be stayed in for $120 a night. I did not stay the 2 nights I had booked and was grateful to have other accommodations available. Had accommodations not been available, I would have been much happier staying in my car rather than spend $250 for 2 nights at this dump. Book at your own risk!!!
