  I was totally amazed at how efficient our waitress was!! She was working the restaurant by herself and was kicking it!! This girl deserves a raise and appreciation shown to her for her hard work and dedication!! I believe her name was Erica!!??

  There was black stuff around the drain in the shower and we had get maintenance to clean it before we could shower and it was around 9:30 pm. after spending all day flying home and we were exhausted. My husband was only 2 days out of the hospital in Rochester, MN for open heart surgery. Then after showering the water ran to the center of the bathroom creating a slipping hazard. Thankfully I was the one who slipped and not my husband 🙃 🙂

  Pool was closed too early, usually pools close at 10 not 9. Staff was rude at arrival AND check out! Breakfast was scarce, waffles, stale muffins, cereal, yogurt. Had to inconvenience the attendant behind the counter, whom was watching her baby, to get some milk for the breakfast bar. She was extremely rude! No ice machine. Bathroom door did not shut, nor did it fit in the doorway. Limited parking.
